ESG imperative.  We live in a time of unprecedented change and rapidly evolving stakeholder expectations.  ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) has become mainstream, resulting in a huge shift in employee expectations, consumer awareness / purchasing behaviour, competitive advantage, corporate valuations, access to capital, and regulatory frameworks.

We believe good strategy is focused, evidence-based and action-orientated.  Strategic planning requires a thorough understanding of external drivers, an organisation’s operations and goals, and relevant standards.

We understand the requirements and impact of current and upcoming standards set by bodies such as the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB), Task Force on Climate Related Financial Disclosure (TCFD), and Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI) . . . and how they will help in the achievement of UN’s Sustainable Development Goals.

Set Achievable Goals / Objectives:  creating value that sustains what is being done well and improves on areas of need.

Analyse Gaps:  identifying what is needed to close the gaps and create new opportunities.

 

Develop ESG Framework:  with vision, core focus areas / priorities and roadmap for implementation.

Set KPIs & Action Plans:  integrating ESG with organisation's DNA, with data-driven culture of accountability and transparency.

 

Comply & Report:  producing clear and comprehensive reports that are easily accessible for all stakeholders.
